(the “Company” or “Treatment”) (CSE: TRUE; OTC: TREIF; FFA: 939) announces that it has entered into a M&A credit facility to fund transaction expenses and closing costs associated with acquisitions such as rocket Doctor. The credit facility is up to $1.5 million at an annual interest rate of 12% and for a term of 18 months. The credit facility is unsecured and is repayable in cash only and no securities of the company are issuable in connection with the facility.
