It’s been six long years since acoustic college rock outfit Dave Matthews Band has released an album. But the band is once again ready to set fire to the quad in your soul this summer with a new album and tour.
The band will bring its new album (untitled as of yet) to Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre in Greenwood Village on Aug. 24 and 25. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Feb. 2 at 10 a.m. via axs.com. A presale is live for members of the Dave Matthews Band fan club here. There will also be a Citi cardmember presale from Jan. 30 at 10 a.m. to Feb. 1 at 10 p.m. Every online ticket order will come bundled with a copy of DMB’s new album when it’s released.
Ticket prices were not made immediately available. We’ve reached out to promoter AEG Presents and will update this article with that info as it becomes available.
Dave Matthews Band enjoyed a minor resurgence in 2017 when its 1990s classic “Crash Into Me” was featured in a key scene in Greta Gerwig’s coming of age film, “Lady Bird.”
