Abstract
Subclinical hypothyroidism is a condition characterized by elevated thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels with normal free T4 and T3 levels. Thyroid disorders are among the most prevalent endocrine disorders worldwide, second only to diabetes mellitus. Due to mild thyroid hormone deficiency, patients with subclinical hypothyroidism may be managed by a well selected individualised homeopathic medicine.
Case Summary: A 28-year-old female presented with menstrual irregularity ,hair fall and facial acne. An individualized homeopathic treatment was prescribed based on her symptoms. Significant recovery was observed, with TSH levels returning to the normal range after treatment. The outcome was assessed by comparing TSH levels before and after the intervention.
This case highlights the potential of homeopathic medicine in managing subclinical hypothyroidism.
