Homeopathy and Autoimmune Disorders
Autoimmune disorders are a growing health crisis in our world today. Not only do many autoimmune conditions cause tissue changes and deformities, many of them also increase the risk of developing certain cancers because of the chronic inflammation. Susan Sonz will discuss autoimmune issues in general, followed by a presentation of four of her cases; Crohn’s Disease, Lupus, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and a case of severe poison ivy that turned into an chronic autoimmune condition. These cases also illustrate various methods of finding the correct simillimum for each patient; one case is a straightforward Big Ideas and Repertory case, another is an example of a Big Ideas and Groupings case, there is a “Sensation” case where the patient reveals the source of the remedy, and a case that demonstrates Susan’s method of “Experiential Homeopathy” that gets to the experience of the source of the remedy needed. Three kingdoms will be discussed along with these different methods of case taking and analysis, demonstrating that treating serious disease can be challenging, but the right remedy can be found and can change lives forever.
